AI Engineer (LLM & Agentic Systems)

Experis Manpower Group is hiring for a remote AI Engineer role focusing on building production-grade LLM solutions used by real customers, with a long-term engagement based in Poland.

• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Strong experience with backend development (APIs, async programming, testing)
• Proven experience delivering and maintaining LLM solutions in production
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph and RAG
• Experience debugging AI systems, including evaluation, observability, and cost optimization
• Cloud experience, preferably Azure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• English at minimum B2 level
• Proactive, collaborative, and communicative approach

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Azure OpenAI
• Experience with Azure AI Search
• Experience with Azure App Service
• Experience with Bicep (Infrastructure as Code)
• Mentoring or Tech Lead experience

• Build end-to-end LLM applications using LangGraph and FastAPI
• Design agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and tool-calling solutions
• Create evaluation frameworks and regression tests for LLM quality
• Improve retrieval, prompting, and overall answer accuracy
• Monitor and debug production AI systems using tracing and observability tools
• Optimize latency, token usage, and infrastructure costs
