Region Performance Lead, Google Cloud Platform

Google Cloud provides enterprise-grade solutions leveraging Google's technology to enable digital transformation for customers globally.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in management consulting, finance, or business strategy.
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and business models.
• Success in operating executive cadence and strategic insight.
• Relationship building skills with sales leaders and stakeholders.
• Proven productivity, deadline management, and comfort in fast-paced environments.

• Support prioritization and targeting of sales initiatives using data-driven approaches.
• Develop and implement measurement frameworks to identify performance areas and calculate ROI.
• Share executive-level insights supporting GTM Organization through forecasts and quarterly business reviews.
• Deliver scalable insights and dashboards down to individual sales rep-level.
• Contribute to global thought leadership on business health metrics, dashboards, and tooling.
