Data Analyst

Silky Coders develops IT, e-commerce, and data science solutions for the LPP Group, supporting brands like Reserved, Mohito, Cropp, House, and Sinsay. The NASA (New Application Sinsay Allocation) project focuses on managing the allocation and replenishment of stock in Sinsay stores, aiming to maintain optimal product availability.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Very good knowledge of SQL and experience preparing complex data analyses.
• Practical knowledge of Power BI, including report and dashboard creation, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Very good proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to interpret business metrics, understand KPI relationships, and formulate accurate conclusions and recommendations.
• Practical knowledge of statistics used in data analysis.
• Experience in verifying data quality, defining test scenarios, and validating results.
• Ability to communicate conclusions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-reliance, responsibility, good work organization, and a growth mindset.
• Effective collaboration skills with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Practical experience using AI tools that result in measurable time savings or quality improvements.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Google BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of dbt and best practices in data transformation.
• Experience analyzing data related to product allocation, assortment availability, retail sales, or logistics processes.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or Azure SQL.
• Experience designing advanced KPIs supporting merchandise availability management and allocation effectiveness.
• Familiarity with modern analytical solutions and practical experience using tools based on LLM models.

• Analyze data related to store inventory, product availability, and allocation processes.
• Translate analysis results into concrete recommendations to support merchandise management.
• Create advanced analyses and explore data using SQL.
• Build, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Monitor allocation process efficiency and identify areas for optimization.
• Verify data quality, metrics, and algorithms before releasing to business users.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements and implement analytical solutions.
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, reduce analysis time, and improve solution quality and efficiency.
