• At least five years of experience in product development, business area development, or e-commerce sales process development.
• Knowledge of the travel industry and experience with sales and operational processes in the travel sector.
• Strong analytical skills to work independently with data, prepare reports and analyses, and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and confidence in daily data handling.
• Experience collaborating with IT, Product, and Analytics teams.
• Ability to identify and prioritize tasks, make decisions, and justify recommendations clearly.
• Ability to prepare business documentation for development initiatives.
• Independence and excellent organizational skills with effective work planning.
• Proficiency in English at minimum B1/B2 level to communicate in an international environment and work with documentation.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of the Merlin X system.
• Experience in conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing.
• Knowledge of the travel industry in Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian markets.

• Developing and optimising the online booking and sales journey across Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary.
• Driving conversion growth by analysing key metrics, identifying barriers, and recommending solutions.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and initiating changes to enhance customer experience.
• Setting development priorities based on data, business needs, and customer perspective.
• Collaborating closely with Product Owners to improve booking journey functionalities.
• Working with development teams through the delivery process, including requirements translation, implementation, testing, and evaluation within the SAFe framework.
• Preparing business documentation for development initiatives and assessing their business impact.
• Analyzing user behaviour and market trends with the UX team to design usability improvements.
• Measuring effectiveness of implemented solutions and drawing data-driven insights for future initiatives.
