Senior Vulnerability Management Reporting Analyst – Cybersecurity

The role involves working for a leading global financial organization focused on digital asset protection and enhancing cybersecurity resilience. The position is based in Kraków and offers a hybrid work model with up to four days remote per week.

• At least 5 years of experience developing enterprise-level reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Proficient in SQL with understanding of logical/physical data modeling.
• Experience with Azure cloud services, including Databricks and SQL Analytics.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts including threats, vulnerabilities, and vulnerability management lifecycle.
• Intermediate VBA scripting or programming skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, including macros, formulas, pivot tables, and managing large datasets.
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools such as Nessus, SAST, DAST, and MAST.
• Programming experience in Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to senior management.
• Proficient with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Confluence.
• Ability to work remotely with flexible hours and manage shifting priorities.

Nice to have:

• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycle and related tools.
• Certification or additional training in cybersecurity or data analysis.

• Design, build, and maintain vulnerability management reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL.
• Conduct thematic data analysis to improve reporting capabilities.
• Produce operational reports by exporting large datasets with clarity and consistency.
• Provide insightful commentary on key trends, risks, and business implications.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests and perform trend analysis to support management decisions.
• Validate data accuracy and resolve variances via action plans.
• Develop Key Control Indicators (KCIs) for vulnerability management.
• Identify enhancements for vulnerability controls through metric innovation.
• Support governance meetings and regulatory audits with accurate data and documentation.
• Attend management discussions to interpret reports and underlying data insights.
• Maintain operational SOPs and documentation for vulnerability reporting processes.
