• 8+ years of professional experience.
• 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst.
• Proven experience within the banking sector, ideally in a large financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of Statements and Reporting processes.
• Experience working in large-scale programs involving 300+ participants.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have:

• Experience working for a Nordic bank.
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop.

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into features and user stories.
• Drive the end-to-end requirements process, from elicitation and documentation to handover to development teams.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across a complex organizational environment.
• Quickly understand business and technical contexts and effectively onboard into the program.
