Billing Specialist, gTech Ads Customer Experience

Google's gTech team supports customers globally by leveraging technical skill and product expertise to provide solutions rooted in a thorough understanding of customers' needs in online advertising.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a technical project management or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work flexible, non-standard working hours in line with customer requirements.
• Experience in online advertising in a customer-facing role using Google Ads, YouTube, or other online advertising systems.
• Experience using insights from data to influence business decisions.
• Experience in project management, including initiating workstreams, developing project plans, and fostering cross-organizational collaboration.
• Policy or billing knowledge.
• Excellent communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

• Support updating of existing solution content or create repeatable content such as best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, and sample code.
• Ensure effective documentation of repeatable solutions.
• Help generate partner insights and participate in business reviews with partners to formulate partner strategies.
• Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation.
• Execute solutions based on user, partner, or client business objectives and technical requirements.
• Assist in identifying trends of solution issues across users, partners, or clients and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks.
