Product Support Consultant

gTech Ads supports a wide range of customers across Google's Ad products stack, including enabling self-help, setting up accounts, implementing ad campaigns, and providing technical and consultative media solutions. The team collaborates globally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in technical project management or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with project and program management across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data for insights and solutions.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI tools (e.g., Gemini).

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
• 5 years managing projects with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey, troubleshooting and resolving issues with Google's advertisers, sales teams, agencies, and partners.
• Resolve complex technical issues related to Google Hotel Center and Action Center, including data feeds, price accuracy, and inventory ingestion issues.
• Advocate for Large Customer Sales (LCS) travel partners by addressing systemic product issues with Product and Engineering teams to unblock revenue.
• Analyze data and insights to create action plans addressing root causes for top customers, focusing on knowledge management, operational improvements, account reviews, and product adoption.
• Integrate AI-powered workflows into the support lifecycle to improve response times and resolution quality for top advertisers.
