Test Data Engineer / Test Data Specialist

• 8+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Test Automation or related areas
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience working with mainframe environments
• Hands-on experience with test data generation, data masking and anonymization, data cloning, data subsetting, data extraction and transformation, Test Data Management solutions
• Experience supporting automated testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Java or similar technologies
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Design, build and maintain reusable test data assets
• Develop automated test data provisioning solutions
• Create self-service mechanisms for teams to access test data on demand
• Implement and maintain data masking and anonymization processes
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal data governance requirements
• Create and maintain synthetic test datasets for various testing scenarios
• Generate data for edge cases, negative tests and business-realistic scenarios
• Provision, refresh and clone datasets across non-production environments
• Support multiple teams performing parallel testing activities
• Integrate test data solutions with test automation frameworks
• Enable CI/CD-driven test data provisioning and automated regression testing
• Monitor test data availability, usability and quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve test data related issues and defects
• Maintain documentation, standards and data dependency mappings
