• Fluency in English and Polish
• At least 10 years overall IT experience in technical and managerial positions
• Experience in managing delivery in SAP landscape
• People/team leadership experience
• Corporate IT experience with large projects and complex dependencies
• Working experience with delivery of SAP

Nice to have:

• Experience working in diverse and distributed teams
• SAP Technical background
• Experience with SAP DRC implementation

• Taking ownership of SAP products, ensuring budget management, compliance, delivery excellence, and service quality
• Overseeing budgeting and financial management activities for cost efficiency
• Building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams
• Serving as primary escalation point for SAP IT matters
• Mentoring and managing SAP/Finance team members in Poland
• Acting as a servant leader to empower team members and remove obstacles
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
• Driving continuous evolution of SAP products and services by improving ways of working and building team capabilities
