Wymagania
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position.
- Very good knowledge of ABAP programming in SAP HCM modules.
- Very good knowledge of standard mechanisms and extensibility options in SAP HCM.
- Ability to verify requirements and create implementation concepts for deployments and changes.
- Experience designing and implementing extensions using User Exits, BAdI, and BAPI.
- Experience designing and implementing SAP HCM interfaces with external systems.
- At least basic knowledge of SAP authorizations used for user permission control.

- Analyze and verify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions in SAP HCM.
- Prepare concepts for implementation, changes, and extensions in SAP HCM modules.
- Design, program, and maintain ABAP solutions in the SAP HCM environment.
- Design and implement extensions using User Exits, BAdI, and BAPI.
- Utilize standard SAP HCM extension mechanisms and select appropriate approaches for changes.
- Design and implement interfaces between SAP HCM and external systems.
- Collaborate with modular consultants, ABAP developers, and business representatives.
- Independently propose solutions matching client needs.
- Analyze the impact of planned changes on existing solutions and identify potential risks.
- Estimate the effort required for changes and support project planning.
