Senior React UI Engineer – AI-Integrated Component Libraries

The role is for a Warszawa-based position at ITDS, working with a global leader in technology solutions focused on scalable, accessible, and innovative web interfaces. The team develops and maintains a React-based component library integrated with AI-driven workflows that elevate UI standards across enterprise applications and sophisticated design systems.

• 4+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.
• Proven expertise in building UI components, design systems, or component libraries at scale.
• Solid experience with CSS-in-JS or similar styling architectures.
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience developing accessible components.
• Hands-on knowledge of Claude Code or comparable AI coding agents, with the ability to guide AI effectively in large codebases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Angular, Bazel, React testing library, Cypress, or similar tools.
• Certifications or additional training in accessibility standards or AI-enhanced development.

• Design, build, and maintain robust UI components aligned with the company’s design system and accessibility standards.
• Diagnose, fix, and optimize bugs across the component library and tooling ecosystem.
• Integrate and leverage AI coding agents (such as Claude Code) to enhance development workflows and contribute improvements to tooling and skill sets.
• Collaborate closely with design and platform teams to ensure components meet performance, WCAG, and usability benchmarks.
• Develop and deploy UI-related agent skills to automate and streamline development tasks.
• Improve tooling and development processes to support scalability and consistency across multiple projects.
• Evaluate and enhance AI-agent workflows, including prompts and guardrails, to facilitate more efficient code automation.
