Principal DevOps Engineer (IAM) |​ f/m/d

• Fluent in English (C1 level)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in IAM systems development
• Several years developing solutions on the One Identity Manager platform
• Strong experience as a Software Engineer with solid software development lifecycle knowledge
• Expert knowledge of One Identity Manager architecture, customization, workflows, governance, provisioning, and integrations
• Expert understanding of IAM and IGA concepts including identity lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC, certification, attestation, and compliance
• Expertise in integration architecture and solution design across enterprise applications, cloud services, and IAM platforms
• Advanced experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control, release management, and deployment automation
• Advanced scripting and development skills using PowerShell, C#, and VB.NET
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity architectures, and federation concepts
• Strong understanding of security architecture principles, including Zero Trust, authentication, authorization, privileged access management, and compliance
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of ownership
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of German
• Experience with platform engineering and automation initiatives in enterprise environments
• Experience designing and supporting large-scale IAM transformations

• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance for development and operational activities
• Design, develop, enhance, and support One Identity Manager capabilities and integrations
• Drive continuous improvement through architecture reviews, automation, and engineering best practices
• Ensure solution quality, performance, scalability, and reliability via robust design and testing
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement IAM solutions aligned with business and security requirements
• Mentor development teams and support technical decision-making
• Contribute across the software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support
