Senior Java Developer

Jit Team is a Polish company employing over 770 experienced experts and delivering innovative IT solutions globally. The team has a long-standing partnership with a leading financial group in the Nordic countries, with over 200 Jit personnel working on more than 60 projects. The customer emphasizes Scandinavian culture, work-life balance, and feedback culture, with projects executed in international teams using English daily.

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 4-5 years of professional experience as a Java Developer
• Strong knowledge of Java, Gradle, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Oracle Database, and Kafka
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline development and optimization
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience consuming and integrating API services
• Good understanding of application testing principles and test design
• Fluent English communication skills

Nice to have:

• Linux administration and scripting skills, particularly Bash
• Understanding of public/private key encryption
• Experience with key generation and certificate management
• Knowledge of SSL/TLS protocols and security concepts

• Act as a key contributor within an Agile team
• Develop robust, clean, and well-tested solutions using modern tools and technologies
• Work primarily with your core technology stack while supporting other areas as needed
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand regulatory requirements and drive technical solutions
• Contribute engineering expertise throughout solution design and implementation
• Participate in technology communities, development days, innovation sprints, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines across development and deployment environments
• Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including negative test scenarios
• Integrate and consume data from external API services

Tricity preferred location, but candidates from Warsaw may be considered. Full remote work is not an option; successful candidate must work in office 3 days per week.
