Senior Manual Tester

• 6+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong hands-on experience in manual functional, integration, system, and end-to-end testing
• Experience validating complex business processes across multiple systems
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong skills in test analysis, design, execution, and defect management
• Experience with REST API testing
• Knowledge of SQL
• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and test management tools (e.g. qTest)
• Experience testing applications built on the Pega platform
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for international environments

• Experience in banking, mortgage, lending, or financial services projects
• Experience in mobile application testing
• Experience with Splunk, BrowserStack, or similar tools
• Familiarity with test automation concepts
• Knowledge of WCAG/EAA accessibility standards
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Experience working within SAFe organizations
• Experience with GDPR-sensitive data and data masking

• Perform manual testing at functional, integration, system, and end-to-end levels
• Validate complex business processes spanning multiple systems and integrations
• Analyze requirements and identify quality risks before development
• Create, maintain, and execute test scenarios and test cases
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover defects
• Manage and report defects through their lifecycle
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide quality improvement recommendations
• Prepare and manage test data
• Support release testing and production validation
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
