People Operations at Google aims to revolutionize human resources by supporting the development and retention of Googlers. The role involves partnering with business leaders to ensure people decisions are data-driven and aligned with Google's culture and values. The Head of HR sets country-specific strategy, collaborates with cross-functional and regional stakeholders, manages union relationships, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads a local HR team while influencing broader People Operations goals.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
• 5 years of experience managing a HR team.
• Experience coaching and mentoring others.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
• Ability to communicate in Polish fluently to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Effective communication skills with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.

• Serve as the Country HR leader driving the people agenda and enabling and empowering business priorities within your market.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive country people plan, partnering closely with global partners, country Managers and site Leaders to foster high engagement and organizational health.
• Collaborate closely with regional and global partners on the local implementation of global policies and lead tailored, local initiatives to address business needs.
• Lead partnerships with employee representatives and unions.
• Lead a unified in-country HR team to enable and deliver a seamless, user-centric employee experience.
• Grow and develop a high performing team.
