Senior Banking Systems Analyst – UML, BPMN, Kafka, RabbitMQ

The role is for a client in the financial services industry, focused on transforming banking through technology.

• Minimum 5 years experience in banking systems analysis or related field.
• Strong proficiency in UML, BPMN, Enterprise Architect, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
• Proven experience in analyzing and designing banking or financial services systems.
• Ability to interpret complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent Polish and good command of English (communicative level).

Nice to have:

• Certifications in modeling or banking technology standards.
• Experience working in agile environments or with additional messaging systems.

• Conduct comprehensive system analysis and translate business requirements into technical specifications for banking projects.
• Develop and maintain UML and BPMN diagrams to support project documentation and communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of Kafka, RabbitMQ, and other messaging systems.
• Support implementation and validation of banking systems to meet project requirements.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues, providing technical expertise.
• Document processes and system modifications ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Liaise with stakeholders and team members to facilitate clear communication and successful project delivery.
