Senior AI Developer [M/F]

Stackmine is working on a project to design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure AI/ML and GenAI solutions supporting a new claims handling system and its application ecosystem.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as AI Engineer, AI Developer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
• At least 1 year of experience in production deployments of AI/ML solutions.
• Practical experience designing and implementing solutions using GenAI, LLM, RAG, and AI Agents.
• Experience designing and implementing AI process orchestration.
• Very good knowledge of Python.
• Practical experience building and maintaining MLOps/LLMOps processes.
• Experience working with Azure Machine Learning, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, especially services supporting AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search.
• Experience designing and implementing RAG solutions, including working with vector databases and semantic search.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and methods for evaluating the quality of LLM-generated responses.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with business systems using REST API, asynchronous communication, and integration platforms.
• Practical knowledge of source code management tools, especially Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.

• Design, develop, tune, and deploy advanced AI/ML and GenAI solutions using Microsoft Azure platforms, especially Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure OpenAI.
• Design and implement solutions using LLM, RAG, and AI Agents, including AI-based process orchestration.
• Develop and optimize MLOps/LLMOps processes covering training, versioning, deployment, monitoring, and evaluation of models and GenAI solutions.
• Build and maintain pipelines using Azure Machine Learning, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
• Design and implement quality evaluation, monitoring, and optimization mechanisms for models and AI applications with LLM.
• Integrate AI solutions with the claims handling ecosystem and other business systems.
• Design and implement integrations using REST API, asynchronous communication, and integration platforms.
• Participate in AI solution architecture design and defining technical standards for development, deployment, and maintenance.
