Senior ICT Manager

Our client is an international organization operating at the heart of European professional football. It brings together clubs from across Europe, supports their development, and works with key stakeholders to help shape the future of the sport. With a growing team and expanding operations in Warsaw, the organization is strengthening its internal IT capabilities to support its people, systems, and long-term growth.

• Several years of experience in a senior IT or ICT management role.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Experience managing IT vendors, external service providers, or managed service providers.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, and IT operations.
• Experience leading IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, or technology improvements.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, independence, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including explaining technical topics to non-technical colleagues.
• Fluent English (B2 level).
• Polish language skills are strongly preferred for communication with local vendors and team members.

• Develop and implement the organization's ICT strategy supporting business objectives and future growth.
• Manage and improve the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Copilot.
• Provide hands-on technical support and resolve daily IT issues.
• Manage external IT providers, vendors, and technology partners.
• Lead and mentor existing IT team members.
• Support infrastructure, cloud services, business applications, cybersecurity, and digital workplace initiatives.
• Drive IT projects, process improvements, automation, and adoption of new technologies.
• Ensure standards for IT operations, security, risk management, and data protection.
• Travel to other company offices and support major events or system upgrades as required.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
