Senior Project Manager

• Over 5 years of project/programme management experience in a large organization
• Experience in change and release management
• Excellent communication skills with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Knowledge or experience with z/OS mainframe
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry
• Experience facilitating information sharing and upskilling activities

• Manage change for business process and technical changes
• Manage communication and alignment with business and technical stakeholders
• Coordinate and facilitate changes required by application development teams
• Manage change and release management processes according to bank guidelines
• Coordinate information sharing and upskilling activities for relevant users

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia/Gdańsk with 2-3 days per week in the office
