Mid-Level IT Specialist – Hybrid Office Location

Our client is a forward-thinking leader in the technology sector focused on impactful digital transformations.

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with network configuration and troubleshooting.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (Communicative level).

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud platforms or virtualization technologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and troubleshoot IT systems.
• Support and maintain internal and client-facing infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance.
• Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software services across the organization.
• Document technical procedures and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to technical discussions.
