• Experience as a system or business-system analyst
• Knowledge of billing processes including settlements, tariffs, invoicing, and corrections
• Ability to analyze system integrations such as SOAP, REST, files, and batch processing
• Analytical proficiency in SQL
• Skills in conducting requirements workshops and writing business and system analysis documentation
• Ability to coordinate IT implementations and solve problems with effective solutions
• Business responsibility and effective action orientation
• Commitment to continuous development and openness to different perspectives

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) system
• Experience with migration projects or large system implementations

• Analyze business requirements and convert them to system requirements in the Oracle Utilities CC&B area
• Collaborate with business users including billing, customer service, and settlements
• Model processes and data (e.g., diagrams, functional specifications)
• Support development and integration teams during changes implementation
• Participate in deployment and development projects of CC&B system
• Prepare and update analytical documentation
• Support internal and user acceptance testing and analyze errors and incidents
• Supervise and verify the work of external software suppliers, acting as an integrator
