Mid Java Developer

• Strong hands-on experience in the modern Java ecosystem (ideally Java 21+) and the Spring Framework
• Practical background in building, integrating, and testing microservices
• Working knowledge of containerization (Kubernetes) and exposure to cloud platforms (Azure is a strong plus)
• Experience integrating event-streaming tools (like Kafka or EventHubs) along with solid SQL skills in PostgreSQL
• Comfort working in Linux environments, writing basic automation scripts, and a good grasp of standard network protocols
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, standard Git/GitHub workflows, and DevOps practices
• Solid problem-solving mindset, eagerness to learn new technologies, and a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Fluent English allowing for smooth daily communication and documentation reading/writing

• Implement and maintain scalable backend features for a high-availability, mission-critical network management application
• Work closely with senior developers and architects to translate system requirements into reliable, distributed microservices
• Participate in the deployment, configuration, and monitoring of services across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments
• Write clean, test-covered code based on SOLID principles and actively participate in peer code reviews
• Leverage AI coding assistants (like GitHub Copilot and Google Gemini) to speed up daily coding tasks, write better tests, and debug efficiently
• Support lab operations by performing manual installations, application updates, and testing system configurations
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and help maintain up-to-date technical documentation for the engineering team
