SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with German (f/m/x)

Sii is hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant to work remotely with a team focused on technical development and ongoing HR system support. The role involves collaborating with the HR department to implement innovative SAP solutions and support the digital HR transformation, particularly migrating from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Minimum 6 years of SAP consulting experience with practical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
• Deep knowledge of Employee Central (EC)
• Solid knowledge of SAP BTP and Cloud Integration, including iFlow development
• Experience with OData API and interface/integration scenarios
• Very good German language skills at negotiation level (C1/C2) are required
• Good communication skills, independence, and an organized approach to work
• Advanced German and English language skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAP HCM

• Manage development and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central, ensuring continuous HR platform development
• Provide technical consultations on integration with external systems, including creating and monitoring interfaces using OData API and various integration scenarios
• Collect, analyze, and evaluate technical and functional requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into implementable solutions
• Create and maintain iFlow in SAP Cloud Integration on SAP BTP, implementing architectural and security guidelines including documentation
• Support and improve SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Payroll (PY)
• Take responsibility for project deliverables and provide operational support in daily activities
• Collaborate closely with internal IT-HR team, HR department, IT teams, and external service providers
