AI Engineer (f/m/x)

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software engineering or DevOps
• Expertise in Python, APIs, and microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
• Proven ability to deliver automation solutions and move from PoC to industrialized solutions
• Strong problem-solving mindset and critical thinking skills
• Fluent Polish and English communication skills and experience working in an international environment
• Willingness to commute to the office in Warsaw 2 - 3 days a week

• Identify opportunities to augment SDLC activities using AI
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows across the IT Value Chain
• Measure and track productivity improvements and adoption KPIs
• Implement AI-assisted coding solutions and integrate coding agents into developer workflows
• Support code generation, code review, refactoring, and documentation automation
• Define engineering guardrails and governance for AI-assisted development
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks and conduct Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
• Drive the industrialization of successful experiments
• Coach engineering teams on AI adoption

The candidate must be willing to commute to the office in Warsaw 2 - 3 days a week.
