Product Analyst

This role is within a technology product team responsible for web applications that support software development standards and control processes. The position is prestigious, located at one of the world's largest banks, involving stable, long-term projects with opportunities for personal growth and development. The work setup is hybrid, requiring six days per month in the office in Kraków.

• Experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or System Analyst in a technology environment
• Strong system and application analysis skills
• Experience defining functional requirements and product features
• Experience with web applications, APIs, and data analysis
• Understanding of audit, regulatory, or control requirements
• Experience working with globally distributed teams
• Proactive, inquisitive approach and ability to independently gather information
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using AI for data gathering and transformation while maintaining data traceability is a plus

• Gather and translate customer needs into functional and system requirements
• Analyse applications, processes, and data flows
• Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and technical stakeholders
• Define product features and improvements with a strong focus on user experience
• Analyse and extract data from APIs to support reporting and business needs
• Create process models, flowcharts, and data flow diagrams
• Support automation and self-service capabilities for internal and external users
• Prepare documentation, presentations, and knowledge transfer materials
