- Collaborate closely with product owner, customers, and ICE development team.
- Understand customer problems and needs related to function strategy.
- Work with customers, developers, and technical leads to develop solutions.
- Write functional requirements, system process descriptions, and designs.
- Design solutions focused on customer behavior and minimal impact implementation.
- Conduct business process modelling, flowcharting, and data flow diagrams.
- Perform handovers, presentations, and knowledge transfer.
