Business Analyst

Google Cloud empowers organizations worldwide to digitally transform their operations with industry-leading infrastructure, platform capabilities, and specialized expertise. The PACE Intelligence team serves as the global business intelligence foundation of Google Cloud, accelerating sales growth through AI agents, advanced reporting, and performance management. They provide robust reporting capabilities to over 10,000 sellers across the Cloud Go-To-Market organization for better business insight.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in sales operations, management consulting, or program management.
• Experience with data analysis and SQL.
• Experience developing analytical models using spreadsheet software.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with collaborative code review systems including version control.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, R, JavaScript, or Go for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
• Experience supporting data-driven sales operations, consulting, or program management and strategic cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working with generative AI to scale data-driven and insights-led business processes.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into KPI frameworks tracking revenue, consumption, and GTM strategy execution.
• Lead end-to-end business intelligence projects from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring high-quality data insights.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights via data models, data marts, and automated reporting.
• Design and build robust data infrastructure including data pipelines, warehouses, and SQL scripts.
• Develop, test, and maintain AI agents integrated with data pipelines to scale business intelligence generation.
