Engineering Manager, AI Developer Tools

Google Cloud focuses on leveraging AI to help businesses succeed by combining cutting-edge technology, infrastructure, and talent. The role is part of a team working on GenAI based development tools that enhance developer productivity, delivering machine learning technologies to Cloud customers and collaborating with Google Cloud AI and Google Research teams.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in software development
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role
• 2 years of experience in people management or team leadership
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or large language model interfaces into workflows
• Preferred: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field
• Preferred: 3 years of experience in a complex, matrixed organization

• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables using technical and management expertise
• Grow Google's presence in Warsaw and sustain a healthy, collaborative team culture
• Lead design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of software solutions
• Participate in design reviews with peers and stakeholders
• Triage and resolve product or system issues by analyzing sources and impacts on hardware, network, or service operations and quality
