Business Unit Manager

Reply [EXM, STAR: REY] specialises in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media. It operates as a network of highly specialised companies delivering consulting, system integration, and digital services across telecom and media, industry and services, banking and insurance, and public sectors.

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience with prior team leadership, ideally in consulting or professional services
• Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to build a new unit from scratch
• Solid commercial project management skills including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in a multi-project environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication skills in English and Polish
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany (mainly Düsseldorf) and client sites

Nice to have:

• Experience in Identity and Access Management and IAM platforms such as One Identity Manager, Okta, Auth0, Keycloak, Oracle, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, Ping Identity
• Experience scaling a team from the ground up
• Experience in international or matrix organizations
• Background in operations; ITIL certification
• Project or program management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master)
• Awareness of compliance and audit frameworks (GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001)
• German language skills

• Build and head a new Business Unit in Poland, growing the team to up to 10 IAM consultants and engineers over 12 months
• Take professional and disciplinary leadership of the team including recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and career development
• Develop IAM competencies in the team by training existing members and recruiting missing skills
• Manage budget, timelines, staffing plans, utilization, forecasts, and monthly reporting
• Plan and steer assignments across multiple parallel client engagements balancing delivery commitments and team capacity
• Supervise project delivery and report on KPIs in an agile mode
• Support proposal and bid work with effort estimates and staffing concepts
• Stay hands-on in client engagements across full IAM lifecycle including solution assessments, technology scouting, integration, implementation, data migration, and operations
• Support operational run of IAM platforms by troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving solutions in production
• Work closely with Düsseldorf project leads and architects using shared tooling like Jira and Confluence with transparent status reporting
