T Business - Presales (Technologie Serwerowe/Storage)

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Presales, Pricing and Configuration Specialist, Sales Engineer, or similar role.
• Experience at an ICT integrator, technology manufacturer, or VAD distributor is advantageous.
• Practical knowledge of at least one vendor configurator such as Dell Technologies, HPE, or Lenovo.
• Experience in preparing configurations and pricing for IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of server infrastructure, storage solutions, and basic networking.
• Experience creating and verifying BoM (Bill of Materials).
• Understanding principles of selecting infrastructure components including processors, RAM, drives, controllers, network cards, and power supplies.
• Ability to analyze technical documentation, tender requirements, and requests for offers.
• Knowledge of licensing principles for server and infrastructure solutions.
• Skills in selecting warranties, service support, and appropriate SLA levels.
• Familiarity with Deal Registration, Special Bid, or similar processes for obtaining special commercial conditions.
• Ability to collaborate with manufacturers, distributors, and sales teams.
• Good command of English for working with technical documentation and vendor portals.
• Analytical thinking, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Independence, good work organization, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to have:

• Experience in ICT market organizations.
• Knowledge of Dell PowerEdge and PowerStore, HPE ProLiant and Alletra, and Lenovo ThinkSystem solutions.
• Experience preparing configurations using GPU accelerators.
• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing.
• Experience preparing offers for public sector and tender processes.
• Experience with enterprise-class infrastructure projects.
• Certifications from Dell Technologies, HPE, Lenovo, Microsoft, or VMware/Broadcom.

• Support sales processes for B2B clients by preparing IT infrastructure configurations and pricing.
• Analyze client technical requirements, tender documents, requests for proposals, and project specifications.
• Select and configure server, storage, and network infrastructure solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Work with vendor configurators to prepare complete and accurate hardware configurations.
• Create, develop, and verify BoM (Bill of Materials) including hardware, licenses, service, and technical support.
• Calculate costs of solutions, licenses, warranties, and support and maintenance packages.
• Verify compliance of configurations with client requirements, vendor standards, and project guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales teams, engineers, manufacturers, and distributors in offer preparation and cost calculations.
• Register projects in vendor partner programs and prepare requests for special commercial terms.
• Collect information on pricing, product availability, and project conditions.
• Prepare alternative and comparative offers and map solutions between vendors.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing elements in configurations.
• Participate in development and standardization of processes related to configuration and pricing of ICT solutions.
• Report to the Presales Team Leader and support business objectives.
