Projekt B2B: Senior IT Analyst

The position is for a Senior IT Analyst to join a team working on strategic initiatives in the area of payments and modern IT solutions for a client in the banking industry. The job location is Warsaw with hybrid work model.

• Experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Knowledge of the banking industry, especially payments.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of API, data mapping, and process modeling.
• Practical knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to create user interface prototypes.
• Knowledge of architectural diagrams (e.g., sequence diagrams).
• Good technical knowledge and ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.
• Very good command of English.

• Collecting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Collaborating with business, architects, developers, testers, and other stakeholders.
• Translating business needs into detailed requirements for IT teams.
• Creating and maintaining project documentation including use cases.
• Ensuring full traceability of requirements in the software development process.
• Supporting development and testing teams during project execution.
• Verifying delivered solutions and analyzing test results.
• Advising and recommending improvements in IT processes and solutions.
