Developer Relations Engineer (Java or Kotlin or Node.js)

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on development skills in Java or Kotlin or Node.js
• Proven experience building and delivering engineering assets such as templates, automation, reference implementations, onboarding materials or developer tooling
• Practical understanding of developer experience including standardisation and automation
• Excellent communication skills to engage senior management and large developer audiences
• Ability to write clear technical content (documentation, how-to guides, examples) for large audiences
• Production mindset covering security, resilience, observability and supportability
• Self-driven approach and strong collaboration skills across multiple teams
• 7 years of experience in a similar role

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain golden-path templates and reusable patterns to accelerate onboarding and reduce variation
• Deliver reference implementations based on real internal projects for direct adoption
• Improve self-service onboarding for scalable adoption across the organization
• Run and support feedback channels including office hours, champions network, and Teams/email channels
• Turn developer pain points into shipped improvements either by direct fixes or driving resolution with owning teams
• Write and improve platform documentation as part of launch criteria
• Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, and risk/control teams
