Software Engineer - Senior

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience with React and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in Next.js.
• Experience writing frontend unit and integration tests.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG, WAI-ARIA) and experience building accessible user interfaces.
• Strong focus on frontend performance and optimizing Core Web Vitals.
• Experience maintaining high-traffic, large-scale e-commerce applications.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries to maintain UI consistency and reusability.
• Experience designing and consuming REST services.
• Proficient in using Chrome DevTools.
• Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
• Good self-organization skills.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT.

Nice to have:

• SEO/SEA experience.
• Experience with Playwright or other automated end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with any backend language.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD concepts and Docker containerization.
• Knowledge of UX/UI concepts and familiarity with Figma or similar.
• Experience maintaining and refactoring legacy or mature codebases.

• Take ownership of React frontend application development emphasizing modularity, performance, and user experience.
• Understand and navigate a complex system processing travel data from hundreds of sources across 7 countries.
• Collaborate with backend engineers using Symfony, PHP, Go, data engineers, and product owners.
• Mentor teammates, perform code reviews, and support team growth.
• Write tests and advocate for best practices balancing speed and maintainability.
• Actively participate in Agile rituals including dailies, retrospectives, and planning meetings.
