Guidewire Developer

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Developer to join an international Guidewire project on a B2B/freelance basis. The contract is freelance / B2B for 12 months with a possibility of extension. The position is 100% remote in Poland with occasional travel to customer sites if required.

• Strong commercial experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite and Java.
• Previous experience as a Senior Developer / Technical Lead.
• Strong knowledge of Java 8+, REST/SOAP, XML, SQL/PLSQL, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Good understanding of Clean Code and Design Patterns.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Lead technical delivery across Guidewire implementation projects.
• Design, develop and integrate Guidewire InsuranceSuite solutions.
• Coordinate technical activities and support/mentor developers.
• Conduct technical design and code reviews.
• Work closely with onsite teams and key stakeholders.
