Senior Java Developer - Loyalty sector (f/m/x)

Sii is hiring a Senior Java Developer to join a team working on a large-scale Java application for one of the biggest loyalty programs. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and product teams to design maintainable solutions in a complex corporate environment.

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in backend software development in Java on large corporate applications with complex codebases
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, object-oriented design principles, and clean code practices
• Experience working with AWS or another major cloud provider
• Solid understanding of application architecture, performance optimization, and maintainability
• Experience with automated testing including unit and integration tests
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and modern software delivery practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Polish and English

• Develop and maintain large-scale Java applications running in the cloud
• Analyze business requirements and production issues to design solid, maintainable solutions
• Own features end-to-end including analysis, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and other engineers
• Communicate technical concepts and solution proposals clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Create and maintain automated tests to ensure software quality and support continuous delivery
• Document architectural decisions, design concepts, and implementation approaches
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best engineering practices
