IT Support Specialist with German - shift work (f/m/x)

Sii is a company operating in an international environment providing IT support services, likely with global clients and internal training centers.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, including internships and traineeships
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Intune
• Understanding of computer hardware construction and basic configuration elements
• Interpersonal skills and good self-organization
• Willingness to work three shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Fluent knowledge of Polish and residing in Poland
• Advanced knowledge of English and German languages at minimum B2 level

• Support IT users in resolving technical problems related to applications, operating systems, and hardware
• Provide remote support for applications, operating systems, and hardware
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID
• Operate Office 365 and perform basic administration of telephone systems
• Support mobile devices (Android/iOS) and endpoint management tools such as Intune, NinjaOne, and ManageEngine

Candidates must reside in Poland.
