Senior Program Manager - banking industry (f/m/x)

Sii is recruiting for a Senior Program Manager to join the Data & Analytics Office. The role focuses on promoting a data-driven culture and leading a team of project managers and analysts across multiple locations. The position is related to key data programs in the banking sector.

• Minimum 6 years of program management experience with documented success in large platform and data migration programs
• Strong leadership skills with decision-making ability and capability to accelerate delivery across multiple workstreams and global teams
• Deep understanding of SAS migration, data lineage, and reconciliation
• Extensive knowledge of financial services sector, especially regulated institutions
• Experience applying Agile methodologies in program and product development; Agile certification is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to develop change capabilities through coaching and training teams to elevate delivery standards and ways of working
• Advanced English proficiency

• Responsible for comprehensive delivery of programs ensuring alignment with product development and implementation plans
• Define and lead program execution strategies across multiple projects and areas
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Scrum Masters for timely delivery of global initiatives within scope and budget
• Manage program oversight, reporting, financial results, and resource planning
• Work with product teams and experts for planning, forecasting, and assessing new change initiatives
• Act as key escalation point for risks, issues, and dependencies within the program
• Establish delivery standards and quality assurance processes while mentoring Project Managers and Scrum Masters
