Testing Lead (SAP & Master Data Management) (M/F/D)

• Strong professional experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test management
• Practical knowledge of complete testing lifecycle including SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing
• Proven experience leading or coordinating testing activities in complex projects or transformation programs
• Hands-on experience developing test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
• Experience managing defects, testing risks, quality issues, and formal business sign-off
• Practical experience with test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or HP ALM
• Experience working with SAP MDG, SAP ERP, SAP BW, or comparable SAP solutions
• Understanding of SAP-based business processes, system integrations, and data flows
• Experience working with data governance systems or data-driven environments
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Fluent English (B2) with effective communication skills for business and technical stakeholders

Testing strategy and governance:

• Define and continuously improve end-to-end testing strategy, standards, processes, and documentation
• Establish testing scope, approach, timeline, responsibilities, and entry and exit criteria
• Ensure alignment between testing activities, project governance, and delivery frameworks
• Define testing quality standards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms
• Drive standardized testing approach across MDM initiatives

Test planning and execution:

• Develop and manage detailed test plans and schedules
• Oversee preparation of test cases ensuring adequate coverage of requirements
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing across business and IT stakeholders
• Monitor testing progress, risks, issues, and dependencies

Defect and quality management:

• Oversee complete defect lifecycle including logging, prioritization, resolution, retesting, and closure
• Escalate critical quality or delivery risks as required
• Support go-live readiness and hypercare activities

Stakeholder coordination:

• Lead testing workshops, status meetings, and alignment sessions
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Global Process Owners, IT teams, GBS, countries, and downstream system owners
• Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and business sign-off

Continuous improvement:

• Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, tools, and frameworks
• Provide testing-related guidance or training to relevant business stakeholders
