Partner Solution Architect, Regional System Integrators

The role is within the Google Cloud Platform team, which provides cloud technology products focused on security, reliability, and scalability. The team supports a wide range of customers including developers, businesses, educational institutions, and government agencies. The position reports to the manager of regional solution architecture within the partner architecture team for global systems integrators and partnerships in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. The job is based in Warsaw, Poland.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in customer-facing or support roles
• Experience in public cloud architecture, including compute, networking, IAM, and microservices
• Experience in accelerating pre-sales agreements, conducting technical PoCs, and facilitating technical workshops

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in artificial intelligence (AI), data, or infrastructure domains
• Experience with enterprise technology buying and evaluation processes and large-scale computing solutions
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Google Cloud Platform Customer Engineers to position multi-product solutions
• Ability to influence partner technical audiences and identify expansion engagements ensuring partner-delivery success

• Drive VIP "Red-Carpet" bootcamps and hackathons to accelerate sales cycles and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Provide targeted pre-sales architectural support for RSIs and strategic partners in the South region
• Serve as regional pre-sales design authority by authoring reusable enterprise assets and leading technical sessions and hackathons
• Contribute to building and maintaining the EMEA Partner Tech Community
• Review and validate high-impact statements of work to ensure production path and secure partner funding ROI
