Senior Fullstack Engineer (Java, React)

Verita HR is an international recruitment company supporting the fintech, finance, and banking markets in EMEA. The client is one of the world's largest banks undergoing a digital transformation, with a significant technology presence in Kraków, Poland.

• Experience with Java, Maven, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React
• Good understanding of backend services, APIs, databases and integrations
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, source control and code review
• Ability to troubleshoot production and non-production issues
• Understanding of secure development and operational support practices
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an agile team

Nice to have:

• Experience with dashboards, reporting, data analysis or engineering metrics
• Experience with cloud platforms
• Experience working in a regulated enterprise environment

• Design, develop, test and maintain platform features and services
• Support and improve the internal SDLC insights platform
• Investigate and resolve defects, incidents and operational issues
• Maintain APIs, integrations, dashboards, pipelines and supporting components
• Improve automation, monitoring, logging and platform reliability
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver useful insights
• Ensure changes follow internal engineering, security and compliance standards
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing within the team
