Director, gTech Ads Solutions, YouTube+ COE

You will lead high-performing teams at YouTube Brand Center of Excellence, delivering media and technical solutions for Google's largest corporate customers, focusing on YouTube Brand ads activation, formats, measurement, and optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, economic, or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of people management experience, including managing managers.
• 8 years of digital marketing and ad serving experience focusing on digital video or YouTube ecosystems.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, GTM, Product, Services teams to drive product adoption and business growth.

Nice to have:

• MBA or advanced graduate degree in a relevant technical or business field.
• Experience managing scaled operations, SLAs, and vendor partner oversight.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep expertise in YouTube advertising solutions and cloud/data integration technologies.
• Strong business and analytical acumen with data-driven customer growth strategies.

• Establish and scale the YouTube Brand CoE, defining strategic visions and execution roadmaps.
• Lead experts to maximize advertiser ROI and align services with Sales needs.
• Evolve services incorporating AI, partners, and vendors to automate workflows.
• Collaborate with regional gTech and Sales leaders in a complex matrix.
• Foster a team-first culture focused on continuous learning, expertise, and delivery excellence.
• Synthesize market insights to influence YouTube product roadmap and ad formats globally.
