Senior KYC & Onboarding Business Analyst – Financial Services

The role is for a client in Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) focused on transforming client onboarding and KYC activities through in-house technological solutions. The position is based in Krakow with a hybrid work model.

• 5+ years of experience in customer onboarding, KYC processes, and CDD requirements within financial services.
• Strong expertise in analyzing and solving complex processes with documentation of user stories and both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience working on global projects with diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Knowledge of data integration development in customer onboarding scenarios.
• Excellent professional English for communication, presentation, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Proven ability to work closely with software engineers and in manual testing environments.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of development best practices and Agile methodologies.

• Analyze, evaluate, and document OBKYC (onboarding and KYC) requirements in collaboration with CIB Client Services and Client Lifecycle Management.
• Manage implementation of OBKYC solutions, including application forms and data integrations across multiple systems.
• Document business processes and IT workflows to support development and enhancement initiatives.
• Provide expert support and advice on onboarding and KYC solution and product queries.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver tailored technical solutions aligned with global business needs.
• Identify potential risks, report issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project stability.
• Mentor junior business analysts or engineering members.
• Foster cross-region collaboration to promote teamwork and shared success.
