Senior Business Analyst

• Successfully completed studies in a technology-related subject such as computer science, information systems, or software engineering
• Four or more years of experience in sales, research, analysis, or market-facing roles
• Strong research skills to build accurate organisational pictures from limited information
• Confidence in initiating conversations with senior organisational contacts new to the company
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with high spoken English proficiency
• Comfortable working to measurable targets and reporting on progress openly
• Self-directed with ability to own workstreams with limited supervision within a distributed team

• Market analysis, building and maintaining understanding of sectors and organisations aligned with the products, prioritising efforts
• Target account and contact research, building structured lists and maintaining up-to-date CRM data
• Initial engagement with target contacts to open conversations, understand needs, and assess fit
• Preparing and scheduling qualified meetings for the management team, including necessary background research
• Competitor and positioning analysis, tracking competing products and providing insights to refine messaging
• Pipeline and activity reporting to demonstrate actions taken, effectiveness, and focus areas
• Collaborating with management to refine approach based on data-driven insights
