Staff Software Engineer, App Hub

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin, or Go.
• 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (preferred).
• 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms (preferred).
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction (preferred).
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization with cross-functional projects (preferred).

• Enable App centric products in Cloud.
• Lead a team of software engineers, provide guidance, and make direct technical contributions.
• Guide the team through technical choices balancing short-term needs and long-term goals.
• Own the overall design, architecture, and implementation strategies.
• Establish and maintain high technical standards for code quality, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads, and partner teams to define goals and drive strategy.
