Junior Data Analyst

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, at a minimum C1 level
• University education or equivalent experience
• Exceptional numerical and strategic analytical skills with process-oriented thinking
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency, including advanced functions (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot tables, Pivot slicers, Match, Index)
• Good communication skills to clearly explain complex data findings and insights
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

• Experience in Finance or Pricing environments or other relevant areas
• Skills in VBA, SQL, or Python

• Analyzing pricing data within the customer migration area to support timely project completion
• Collaborating with other analysts to provide outcomes and discuss the new pricing setup
• Advising the team on findings and identifying development areas to improve process efficiency
• Supporting the processing of migration requests through a dedicated pricing system
• Utilizing analytical skills to examine quantitative information
• Applying advanced Excel skills (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot tables, Pivot slicers, Match, Index) to execute migrations
• Identifying improvement areas in the tool and recommending adjustments
