Hays IT Contracting connects IT specialists with technological projects. The client is a global pharmaceutical organization focused on transforming Research & Development processes through AI, automation, and digital innovation.

• Tech/AI experience or implementation in pharma R&D clinical development (not manufacturing).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO environment, preferably within R&D.
• Good understanding of clinical development processes.
• Experience with digital, AI, or technology transformation initiatives.
• Project or program management experience within cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and generative AI.
• English proficiency (C1) for daily international cooperation.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and responsible AI principles.
• Experience translating technical initiatives into business outcomes.

• Coordinate cross-functional projects connecting business and technology teams.
• Manage project or program activities within cross-functional environments.
• Support digital, AI, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Work in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Manage stakeholders and maintain effective communication.
