Engineering Tech Lead (Go)

Our client is a global technology-driven organization undergoing a major AI transformation. The company is building a next-generation Customer Experience platform that combines AI, automation, real-time analytics, and cloud-native technologies into a single product ecosystem. This is a unique greenfield initiative where engineering teams work with startup speed while benefiting from the scale and stability of a global enterprise.

• 9+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Go (GoLang).
• Previous experience leading engineering teams or squads.
• Strong background in distributed and event-driven architectures.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform preferred).
• Experience leveraging AI tools within the software development lifecycle.
• A proactive, delivery-focused mindset and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

• Python
• Kafka, NATS or Redpanda
• WebSockets and real-time systems
• GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents
• Knowledge Graphs
• AWS or Azure DevOps
• Experience within Contact Center or Voice technologies

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
• Design and develop scalable backend services using Go.
• Drive technical and architectural decisions.
• Build and maintain distributed, event-driven systems.
• Ensure high engineering standards through code reviews and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Architecture teams.
• Support the delivery of high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.
