Engineering Manager (Finance)

Wakacje.pl is hiring an Engineering Manager for Finance, working in hybrid mode mainly focused on managing teams and systems in the financial domain.

• Experience with PHP and legacy codebases.
• Knowledge of relational databases.
• Strong skills in system design and integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools.
• Experience in observability practices.
• Proven managerial and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Symfony.
• Knowledge of finance, payments, or accounting systems.
• Familiarity with SAFe framework.
• Experience with merging teams.
• Background in travel or OTA sector.

• Manage engineering teams responsible for finance-related applications.
• Oversee system design and integration efforts.
• Lead improvements in CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure observability and monitoring of systems.
• Facilitate communication across teams.
