Senior Automation and Quality Engineer – Java API & Performance Testing

• Proven experience as a Senior Automation Test Engineer or Quality Engineer with at least 5 years in the field.
• Strong expertise in Java, performance testing tools, web/API/database testing, and manual testing.
• Experience in creating and maintaining test plans and strategies.
• Leadership skills to mentor teams and drive quality initiatives.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins and version control with Git.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of additional scripting languages or testing frameworks.
• Certifications related to testing or quality assurance.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for back-end and front-end systems.
• Perform manual testing to validate critical functionalities.
• Create and maintain detailed test plans and strategies.
• Drive quality enhancements by defining metrics and optimizing workflows.
• Mentor and upskill the testing team.
• Conduct performance testing using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Perform back-end testing using tools like REST Assured.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine test strategies.
• Optimize automation frameworks and adopt advanced testing tools and technologies.
